These classes are designed to build strength, muscle mass, and overall work capacity. With Hybrid Strength, you will have the advantage of training with ATP’s extensive equipment selection, while having experienced coaches to help you learn and master each movement - regardless of your skill level! If your goal is to feel good, look good, and be ready for anything, Hybrid Strength is where you belong!

Strongman Saturdays
Join us for Strongman Saturdays at 11AM, where both beginners and competitive athletes will learn how to master signature strongman events. Our expert coaches will guide you through proper techniques for movements like atlas stone lifts, log presses, yoke carries, and tire flips, ensuring you perform each event with strength and precision. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to compete, this is the perfect place to build real-world power and develop your skills for strongman competitions.
