Adam Steiger
Biography
Adam is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He was previously certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a club coach certificate with USA Powerlifting (USAPL). He has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working with individuals with little experience in fitness. Adam approaches fitness as a lifelong journey where we constantly strive for improvement. He defines his sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper body mechanics and safety using functional compound movements. Adam is also an expert in program design for strength athletes and focuses on basic barbell movements. His favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it!

Matthew Moyer
Biography
Matthew is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for enabling his clients for success. He spent 7 years in the Marine Corps, completing 3 deployments. His passion for fitness stemmed from an injury on his last deployment. Matthew loves working with clients of all ability types; from novice to adaptive and general population to tactical athletes. He has experience training all age ranges and loves to educate them on the process. Matthew’s approach to training is simple, but focuses on the journey of fitness and making it a life style to be enjoyed. He currently holds NSCA CSCS and TSAC-F certifications, as well as being a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach.

Maddy Muller
Biography
Maddy is a women’s Strength & Powerlifting Coach with 8 years of lifting experience and 4 years of coaching experience. She has helped numerous women compete in powerlifting for the first time, and especially enjoys coaching other coaches. She is passionate about helping other women find their confidence through strength training by focusing on what their bodies are capable of rather than only focusing on aesthetics. She believes strength training can transform not only your physical body but your life. Maddy is always down for an adventure and loves traveling, skiing, and EDM festivals. She was even a kayak guide living in a tent in Alaska for a summer!

William Ernster
Biography
Will is a Powerlifting and Strength Coach with 10 years of lifting experience and 4 years coaching experience. His goal as a coach is to help guide others to the sense of pride, satisfaction, and confidence that he has found in his own gym journey. He believes that through building physical strength, we can also build the mental and spiritual resilience to achieve anything in life. If your goal is to get bigger and stronger, Will is equipped to provide the knowledge and support needed to achieve your best self. Will spent 5 years in the Marine Corps, competes in Powerlifting and Strongman, and has recently picked up skiing & painting in his free time.
